We at Dons Bakeshop concentrate on flavor as well as the final appearance. Don (an award winning Executive Pastry Chef, an instructor in baking and pastry, and a really nice guy) believes perfection in flavor is possible. Don encourages experimentation and modification with all our products and procedures. All of our cake layers, icings, fillings, etc. are made from scratch under the watchful eye of Chef Don. We have been known to dabble in jellies too.  As a result we can assure you a superior product at a reasonable price.
